RETURNS

We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at contact@nollipolli.com to start the return process. Please note that we do not offer free returns.

The item is in original condition, all tags and packaging are intact. The item has not been used, washed or damaged.

Shipping costs for returning the item are covered by the customer. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping.

The refund will be made within 14 business days of receipt of the goods. Please note that any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount.
